Bi-Weekly Coaching Sessions (60 minutes each)
Creating lasting change is an ongoing process, and I'm here to support you throughout. In these 1:1 sessions, we explore what's present for you, work through what's keeping you stuck, look at whats alive for you, and create strategies for moving towards alignment with intention. We fine-tune our approach as you grow and change.
Think of these sessions as your dedicated time and space to reflect deeply, gain clarity, ask questions, and build the self-awareness and tools you need to navigate your own life with confidence. Between-Session Support
