My journey into Holistic Coaching and Nutritional Therapy wasn't a straight path—it was a winding road of personal struggles, profound breakthroughs, and a growing fascination with the body and mind's innate capacity to heal.
For years, I battled professional burnout, anxiety, brain fog, fatigue, and digestive issues that left me feeling disconnected from my own body and desperately seeking answers. Conventional medicine offered band-aids—prescriptions that managed symptoms but never addressed root causes.
Everything shifted when life forced my hand. Divorce, job loss, and declining health catalyzed a complete rebuild. Over the next decade, I stumbled through a transformative journey exploring yoga, meditation, emotional healing retreats, breath-work, acupuncture, naturopathic and functional medicine, low-tox lifestyle and many more holistic modalities. Each one reframed how I understood myself, my body and changed how I live. This path eventually led me to Holistic Coaching and Nutritional Therapy, where everything clicked into place.
The transformation wasn't overnight, but it was profound. As I learned to walk my own path—listen to my body's signals and respond with targeted nutrition, lifestyle shifts, and emotional healing, I discovered a level of vitality, clarity, and wholeness I hadn't known was possible.
This personal journey ignited a passion to help others navigate their own paths to healing and alignment. It led me to the Holistic Coaching Training Institute and the Nutritional Therapy Association, where I gained the skills to guide others through life's transitions, support their goals, and translate complex nutritional science into practical, personalized strategies.
